Danner_ said someone from the City came down and got the signed easement (Carlaw) who gave it to Paul who says he gave it to you. In order to pay Danner for the easement I need a copy of the signed agreement. I would also like to know if the easement has been recorded. He said he signed the Easement a couple of months ago and someone from City hall came over and picked it up. I asked him who and he said he thought it was Carl.aw. Anyway. We need to pay for the easement and I want to make sure it has been recorded. Does anyone know where this agreement is? I cannot pay until I have the signed agreement and I want to ensure it has been recorded.
