of Grantee's Interest in Easement
to City of Auburn
Roland A. Crabtree and Dora M. Crabtree, his wife
("Assignor"), in consideration of ten dollars a6d other valuable
consideration in hand paid, and in connection with developing and
platting a 1266-plus-acre tract of land owned by Assignor
commonly known as Lakewood Hills, hereby assigns to the City of
Auburn, Washington, a municipal corporation ("Assignee") all of
Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to that certain
easement granted to it by Bocek Brothers, Joint Venture, on
-~-~and as set forth in the Grant of Easement attached
hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein.
This assignment is without any warranty whatsoever and is subject
to those agreements, conditions, and reservations contained in
said Grant of Easement.
