The Grantors noted on the attached Statement of Ownership forms, and the
Superintendent, Western Washington Agency, grants to the "City of Auburn, the
right, privilege and authority to construct, erect, alter, improve, repair,
operate and maintain a water system, including a waterline and sewer line
extension on various allotments, to cross over, under and upon the following
described property situate within the County of King, State of Washington, to-
wit:
-10 WATER LINE SYSTEM "A" and "B" - located on the John Newhauken, Muckle-
Shoot 16 allotments

Meridian, Washington AND that portion of the N2NW4-NE4NE'-~ lying north-

sec. 34, T.21 N., R. 5 W.M., Washington, AND that portion of the

described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the NE4 sec. 34 and the
center line of P.S.H. ##5 (Auburn-Enumclaw Highway; thence N.33°55130"W.
along the center line 2,364.90 feet; thence S.7302715311E. 47.12 feet to
the margin of said P.S.H. ##5 and the true point of beginning of said
easome being 15 feet in width, having 7.5 feet each side of the follow-
ing described center line; thence continuing S.73027153"E.423.97 feet;
thence S.69°58123"E. 378,16 feet; thence S.57°37155"E. 135.03 feet; thence
5.71027'58"E. 83.64 feet; thence S.1604310511E. 298.18 feet; thence
S.28*18149"W. 234.05 feet; thence S.24°45183"W. 213.88 feet; to the
terminus of said center line and easement, EXCEPT any portion thereof
lying within an easement of pumping station.

cribed as: An easement for water line purposes across that portion
of the NE4NW 4'sec. 28, T. 21 N«, R. 5 E., Willamette Meridian, King
County, Washington, said easement being 15 feet in width and having
7.5 feet each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at the NE corner of said NE14NW'-4 thence N.89°35132"W. along
the north line of said NW L4 409.46 feet to the point of beginning of
the above mentioned easement; thence S.40°15132"E. 107.39 feet; thence
S.23005'15"W. 391.73 feet to the terminus of said centerline and ease-
ment.

This easement over the lands herein described is given to the City of
Auburn for the specific purpose of allowing them to operate and maintain the
necessary equipment for the facility mentioned herein and to read water meters
and for no other facility or purpose. Said easement shall not be transferable
without the consent of the landowners.
This Service line is granted upon the condition that the installation
herein will be made by the U. S. Public Health Service and upon completion
will be turned over to the City of Auburn, who will own, operate and maintain
same.
This Agreement is approved pursuant to.authority contained in 25 CFR 161.22(d).
