Said Grantees shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for the purpose of maintenance, construction repair or reconstruction of the driving surface without incurring any legal obligation of liability therefor. Said Grantees shall have the absolute right to excavate to road grade and to place any type of driving surface within said easement deemed necessary by the Grantees. The Cul-de-Sac roadway will be built to City of Auburn standards for a subdivision roadway so that Grantor can use most of it as part of the roadway in its future Lakeland Hills, Division 5B. Henderson Development Inc. will remove any roadway materials from the Cul-de-Sac which will not be part of the standard width roadway when Highland Drive Southeast is constructed in Division 5B. Said Grantor shall not in any way block, restrict or impede access and egress to or from said easement and/or in any way block, restrict or impede full use of the land within the above-described easement by said Grantees. This easement shall expire and become null and void upon completion of Highland Drive Southeast in Lakeland Hills Division 5B. Henderson will support future development applications for single-family residential lots in Division 5B so long as the plat is harmonious with the adjoining plats in Lakeland Hills and no cost or liability is imposed on Henderson.
