Auburn Codified City Ordinance 5.12.070(A) relating to •amuse- 8 , ment devices-licenses-fees is upon the effective date of this Ordinance . 9, . , , . •repealed. • - . . 10 . , , . 11 Section 2. There is herewith enacted a new Auburn Codified City Ordinance 12 5.12.070(A) relating to amusement devices-licenses-fees, which shall read as 13 follows:,.. . . • : . . 14 '15.12.070 Licenses-Fees. . Amusement devices/mechanical as defined in Auburn Codified , . < 16 " City Ordinance 18.04:035:' During the first qear of operation of said busi- ' 17 ness; $35.00 for each machine plus an additional $100.00 arcade license. , 18 ; During`the second.year of opertion of said business, $50.00 for each.machine 19 'plus an additional-$200.00, arcade license. During the th"ird year of the' 20 operation of said business, $75.00 for each,machine plus an additional $200.00 21 arcade license. During the fourth year of operation of said business, $100:00 22 ,.for each machine plus an additional'$300.00 arcade license.
