The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Petersen. Councilmen Present: Aaby, Petersen, Kammeyer, Fitzsimmons# C Towner, Prescott Councilmen Absent: Stalder Minutes of the previous meeting held September l, 1959, were pproved as mailed. PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor Pro-Tem declared the Public Hearing open on the vacation of a portion of alley lying between lots 6 through 15, 31ock 2, Youngts First Addition. There being no abjection, the Mayor pro-Tem declared the ?ublic Hearing closed. It was moved by Towner and 2nd by Kammeyer that the City kttorne~y be instructed to prepare the necessary Qx-dinance. MOTION CARRIED The Mayor Pro-Tem declared the Public Hearing open on the vacation of an alley lying between lots 7 through 11, Block 1, Hartman's First Addition. There being no objection, the Mayor Pro-Tem declared the Public Hearing closed. It was moved by Kammeyer and 2nd by Prescott that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare the necessary ordinance.
