OLD BUSINESS :VO Old BuSi2lesS NEW BU6INE::S Grover Heffner was present to discuss the problem of trees near his Froperty, and alsa about the widening of streets. The City Engineer stated that the streets used more b,y the public would be taken care of first, and then the residential area, but he could not give an exact answer. GCRRESPONDENCE J.W.
