A street right-of-way as a part of Lot A of the City of Auburn Washington Lot Line Adjustment
No. 05-0007, recorded under King County Recording No. 20051117000306, in the Southwest
quarter of Section 36, Township 22 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, more
particularly described as:
COMMENCING at a Brass Monument in a Steel Case, which marks the South quarter corner of
said Section 36;
THENCE South 89° 00' 35" West, along the South line of said Section 36, a distance of 468.36 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE North 00° 50' 25" East, a distance of 795.21 feet;
THENCE North 03° 55' 11" East, a distance of 44.54 feet;
THENCE North 12° 08' 28" East, a distance of 78.84 feet;
