LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ROAD DEDICATION
A portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, Willamette
Meridian, King County, Washington, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast Sixteenth corner of said Section 32;
THENCE along the East line of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 32,
South 00° 54' 02" West, a distance of 29.44 feet;
THENCE along the Northerly right-of-way of Kersey Way, North 51° 56' 08" West, a distance of
167.00 feet to the intersection with the Southerly right-of-way of 53rd Street S.E. and the beginning
of a non-tangent curve, concave Northerly, having a radius of 1,462.40 feet and a central angle of
05° 30'06",
THENCE Easterly along said 53rd Street S.E. right-of-way and the arc of said curve to the left, from
which a tangent line bears South 67° 48' 30" East, a distance of 140.43 feet, to a point to which a
radial line bears South 16° 41' 24" West on the East line of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 32;
THENCE along said East line, South 00° 54' 02" West, a distance of 26.81 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
