A parcel of land lying within the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 32,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East. Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington;
BEGINNING at the Southeast sixteenth corner (the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter) of said Section 32:
THENCE along the Northerly line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter,
South 88` 54' 00" East. a distance of 18.82 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve,
concave Easterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 00' 32 55".
THENCE Southerly along the arc of said curve to the left, from which a tangent line bears
South 24" 26' 01" West, a distance of 0.24 feet. to a point of tangency;
THENCE South 23" 53' 06" West. a distance of 16.04 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave
