This RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation of King County, (the "City") as authorized pursuant to Auburn City
Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
WHEREAS the City was granted a public water utility easement crossing that
certain property in Auburn, Washington known as the Comcast Property, King County,
Washington, which water utility easement is recorded under King County Recording No.
20020920000723 (the "Easement"), wherein Fairfield Builders Supply Corporation was the
Grantor and the City of Auburn was the Grantee; and
WHEREAS the City has determined that the Easement is in excess of City needs
