This PARTIAL RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of
Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of King County, (the "City") as authorized pursuant to
Auburn City Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
WHEREAS the City was granted a public sanitary sewer and water main easement
crossing that certain property in Auburn, Washington known as Best Western Peppertree,
King County, Washington, which sanitary sewer and water main easement is recorded
under King County Recording No(s). 19990817001576 & 19990817001577 (the
"Easement"), wherein John & Rita Santillanes were the Grantors and the City of Auburn
was the Grantee: and
WHEREAS the City has determined that a portion of the Easements are in excess
of City needs and those portions should be relinquished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby:
Relinquishes, vacates and forever abandons a portion of the Easements Recording
Nos. 19990817001576 & 19990817001577, described as follows:
