This RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation of King County, (the "City") as authorized pursuant to Auburn City
Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
WHEREAS the City was granted a public water utility easement crossing that
certain property in Auburn, Washington known as Chinook Elementary, King County,
Washington, which water utility easement is recorded under King County Recording No.
8204070307 (the "Easement"), wherein Auburn School District No. 408 was the Grantor
and the City of Auburn was the Grantee; and
WHEREAS the City has determined that the Easement is in excess of City needs
and should be relinquished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby:
1. Relinquishes, vacates and forever abandons the Easement, as recorded by King
County under Recording No. 8204070307.
