Said Grantee shall have the right entry upon said Easement for the purpose of construction, maintenance, repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefore upon two weeks notification of the City prior to beginning initial construction or prior to any follow-up maintenance or repair/reconstruction work required after initial construction and restoration of the area is complete. Said Grantee shall restore the park area and trail to the satisfaction of the Grantor prior to acceptance of the sanitary sewer construction under FAC 07-0008.
