Summary: Amending the business license renewal period to coincide with the calendar year,
clarifying code compliance procedures for business licenses and specifying the requirement
to comply with all applicable city regulations and standards.
B. Resolution No. 4601 - Amendment to 2010 Master Fee Schedule (Snyder-5 minutes) *
Summary: Amendment to 2010 Master Fee Schedule pertaining to the rental housing
business license fee and renewal period. This Resolution is a companion action to Ordinance
No. 6309. ,
C. Urban Center Code Amendments (Chamberlain - 5 minutes) *
Summary: Amendments to the Downtown Urban Center Design Standards; approved by
Downtown Redevelopment Committee on April 13, 2010.

consistency with recently issued 2009 International Codes pertaining to building, fire,
plumbing, mechanical and energy recommended for adoption by the State Building Codes
Council on or about July 1, 2010.
