A.Proposed Amendments to Auburn City Code Title 17 (Subdivisions)
Proposed amendments to ACC Title 17 (Subdivisions) would, for compliance to Senate
Substitute Bill 6544 of the Washington State Legislature, extend the preliminary plat
approval period from 5 to 7 years and the validity period of a final plat from 5 to 7 years.
B.Proposed Amendments to Auburn City code Title 15 (Building and Construction)
Proposed amendments to ACC Title 15 (Building and Construction) would adopt the
2009 International Codes, adoption of specific local amendments and to reduce
redundancy and vagueness in applicable text of Title 15.

VII.ADJOURNMENT
The City of Auburn Planning Commission is an eight member advisory body that provides recommendations to the
Auburn City Council on the preparation of and amendments to land use plans and related codes such as zoning.
Planning Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
Actions taken by the Planning Commission are not final decisions; they are in the form of recommendations to the
City Council who must ultimately make the final decision.
