sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Extension
into the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantors Auburn Regional Medical Center, Inc. does by
these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, 327 LF of `A' Street NW street
improvements (road widening, asphalt paving, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street signs, 2 fire
hydrants and their appurtenances), 245 LF of 1st Street NW street improvements (curb,
gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving and street signs), 250 LF of 2nd Street NW street
improvements (curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street signs), 301 LF of North Division Street
improvements (curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street signs), 6 ADA approved handicap ramps
on radii, 5 streetlights, 10 pedestrian lights, 12 street trees, 30 LF of storm drainage main,
871 LF of telecommunication conduits, 5 each 25TA vaults, and all appurtenances or any
other associated public facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to
as FAC08-0025, the Auburn Regional Medical Office Building and Parking Garage
development. Situated within the following described real property, located in King
County:

and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of all the property above
conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the
said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify the
City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
