PLATS, PAGE 36, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8;
THENCE NORTH 03°19'03" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE THEREOF
