Dear Ms. Rempher:
Comcast will be making changes to our installation and equipment rates, as detailed on the
enclosure. These changes will be effective with July 2010 bills, and customers will be
notified by bill message.
Also, Comcast is pleased to announce that starting June 2, 2010, Galavision will be available
on channel 728 and Telefutura will be available on channel 729 on the Digital Preferred and
Selecto Total levels of service. Customers will be notified by bill message.
