specific performance sites within the venue.

Artist agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Artist sha11 not block pedestr:an or vericle traffie or any business entrance;
2. Artist acknowledges that she or he is performing for a family-orien'ted audience and
will refrain from the use of le«,Td or offensive conduct or language;
3. Artist is responsible to obtain all legal permissions and clearances related to the
performance.
4. Artist sha11 not be compensated by the City for the performance. Artist is allowed to
passively solicit dona±ions, by placement of an instrument case or box,,with a sigr: asking
for donations. Artist may not actively solicit for donations, or sell merchandise;
5. Artist shall not consume or be under tre influenee of alcohol or drugs;
6. Artist shall leave the performing area clean of any trash or debris at the end of the
performance;
7. Artist shall obtain all other required licenses and permits;
This Contract is r.en-transferable, and i s subject to suspens:on or revocation by the City
at any time.
Artist releases, waives, ana r.olds the City of Auburn ar.d ±l:e:r officers, employees, and
agents harmless from all claims for any loss, damage, injury or expense, including loss of
income or theft that Artist may suffer as a result of my use of the permit area. This v,raiver
includes any claim for failure to provide any warnings, directions, instructions ar
guidance for the use of the permit area. Artist agrees to hold the CiLy and its offieer,
employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claims related to my use of the
