Administrative Recommendation:
City Council introduce and adopt Resolution No. 4653
Background Summary:
The City has contracted with Future Visions and Karen Parker, a City of Auburn business, since 2004 to
provide intensive outpatient treatment as part of the City's alternative to incarceration program. The fee
schedule has remained unchanged since 2004. Future Visions and Karen Parker have asked for a
reasonable increase in fees. The service provided is prudent from both a fiscal stand point (even with the
increase) and human services stand point.
The cost is contained in the proposed 2011-2012 biennial budget.
