Subject: Site Plan ReViewProcess
Kevin and Jeff,
T'hank you for meeting with me toda.y to discuss the Planning Dept's potential site plan review process. As we
discussed I have not seen an increase, in litigation over Department's` ttiat utilize Site Plans compared to those
that do not and I have verified that with WGIA as well. While there is an inherent risk anytime staff reviews
and comments on plans it is also mitigated by having experienced and competent staff perform those functions.
Good luck witli the Site Review process and hope a11 goes well. If you fiave any additional questions or-.
concerns I can assist with please give me a ca1L

are counted in the "Dots Total" column as "1" each, and 6 super-dots that are counted as "3" each. PCDC 11/9/10 Pages: 4
