A. Ordinance No. 6341 - Fee Deferrals (Snyder - 5 Minutes)*
Summary: Ordinance No. 6341, amending Chapters 13.41, 19.02, 19.04, 19.06 and
19.08 of the Auburn City Code pertaining to the voluntary deferral of payment to later
in the development process of impact fees and system development charges for
residential and non-residential development to provide an economic development
incentive.
B. Downtown Urban Center Design Standards (Chamberlain - 5 minutes)*
Summary: Planning and Community Development Committee approve the proposed
pedestrian street designation for Auburn Avenue, between Main and 1St Street, from
Pedestrian I to Pedestrian 11.
C. 2010 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) prior
to submission of report to HUD (Hursh - 15 Minutes)
Summary: Planning and Community Development Committee approve the 2011
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to move forward
to Public Hearing and resolution at City Council before submission of report to HUD.

Summary: Review the updated Stormwater Management Program for City
implementation and inclusion in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit annual report for 2010 to
the Washington State Department of Ecology.
B. Potential Location(s) of Off Leash Dog Areas in Auburn Parks (Faber - 15
minutes)
Summary: Discuss potential location (s) for Off Leash Dog Areas in Auburn Parks.

C. Cluster Subdivision Regulations in Non-Urban Separator Areas of the City
(Snyder - 20 minutes) *
Summary: Discussion of Committee issues and ideas for expansion of cluster
subdivision regulations beyond the urban separator overlay area currently applied in
the City's R-1 zoning designation.
D. Master Plan Code Amendment (Chamberlain - 15 minutes)*
Summary: Review concepts for proposed master plan process.
E. Green Zone Summit (Snyder - 15 minutes)
Summary: Begin discussion with the Committee about planning a summit about the
Auburn Environmental Park Green Zone.
