Applicant: Stipp's Meadow LLC, Attention: Phil Kitzes, 23035 SE 263rd Street, Maple.
Valley, WA 98038
Request: The proposal is to subdivide a 4.47 acre -parcel into 18 single family
residential lots. This project received prelimina.ry, plat approval in 2006 for 14.single
family lots. The City of Auburn updated its residenfial zoning code in June 2009 to
density based residential zoning which now permits additional lots in the R-5 zoning disfricf. The road nefinrork and general lot layout; wi.ll remain the same as the original
preliminary plat. Storm drainage for the project is being addressed in a combined sform
pond with Mt. View Estates project and will be located virithin the Stipp's Meadow project.

Applicant: Prius Triland LLC, Attention: Phil Kitzes, 4238 SW 314th Street, Federal Way,
WA 98023
Request:. The:proposal is to subdivide 9,06 acres into.37 single family residential lots.
This project receiyed prelimina_ry plat approval in 2006 for 30 single family lots. The City
of Aubum updated its res'idential zoning code in June,2009 to density based residential
zon'ing which now permits additional lots in the R-5 zoning district. The road network
and general lot layout will remain the same as the origmal preliminary plat. Sfonn
drainage for the project is being addressed in a combined storm pond with Stipp's
, Meadow project7ocated just sou#h of the Mt. View Estates project.

Notice is hereby given that the Cify of Aubum Hearing Examiner will conduct a hearing on March 30,: 2011 at 5:30 p.m..in the Council Chambers of the Aubum
City Hall, 25 West Main Sfreet in Aubum on the fallowing:
