A. Mosby Farms Privately Initiated Zoning Code Amendments (Wagner- 20 minutes)"
Summary: D'iscussion of agricultural enterprises and proposed amendments to Title 18
(Zoning) of the Aubum City Code to allow and regulate the establishment and operation
of them.
B. Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure Ordinance Discussion (Taylor -15 minu#es)*
Summary: ReView the proposed draft code language for including electric vehicle
infrastrucfure within the zoning code.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
The City of Aubum Planning Commission is an eight:member advisorybody that provides recommendations to the
• Aubum City Council on the preparation of and amendments to land use plans and related codes such as zoning.
Planning Commissioners are appoirrted by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Counc+l.
Actions taken by the Planning Commission are not final deasions; they are in the form of recommendations to the
City Counal who must ultimately make the final decision.
