A. North Tapps Sewer Pump Station Payback Agreement -(Elwell -10 minutes)"
Summary: The developers of the North Tapps Estates Plat constnicted a sewer
pump station that benefited surrounding developments as well as their own. They
have proposed a payback agreement with the City to recover a proportionate share
' of the design and construction costs from the other benefiting properties.

Summary:_ Possible code amendment to allow'the keeping of urban animals and
~ othet small animals in residential districts, request for direction on scope of possible
code changes.

exemption to const.ruction related sales tax in certain coriimercial zones for a limited
