Auburn Central Parking Garage
Security Camera Purchase and Installation Agreement
This Agreement, dated December 15, 2010, among the Auburn Regional Medical
Center, Inc. ("ARMC"), the Auburn Central Parking Garage Owners Association,
("Association") and the City of Auburn ("City") is for the purchase, installation, and
transfer of security cameras and associated equipment related to the Auburn Central
Parking Garage ("Garage").
Recitals:
1. ARMC and the City are the joint owners of the Garage. As co-owners and members of
the Association, each is responsible for certain common expenses related to the Garage.
2. The parties agree that installation of a security camera system will be mutually
beneficial.
Agreement:
In consideration of the mutual obligations contained in this Agreement, the parties
agree as follows:
1. The City will purchase and install a security camera system for use in the Garage as
described in Exhibit A to this Agreement. Additionally, the Association will permit the
City, at no additional cost, to install 6 additional security cameras on the Garage as
shown in Exhibit B.
2. ARMC will reimburse the City for the cost of purchasing and installing security
cameras dedicated to the Garage (but not the additional cameras listed in Exhibit B) in an
amount that is equal to the proportion of the Units' Allocated Interests in the Common
Elements as set forth in Section 17.52 of the "Condominium Declaration and Covenants,
Conditions, Restrictions, and Reservations for Auburn Central Parking Garage
Condominium." Payment will be made within 30 days of the date the City provides an
itemized invoice to ARMC.
3. The City will record the feeds from the security cameras, and will retain those feeds
for a period of 7 calendar days. Upon request from ARMC, the City will provide copies
of the feeds from the cameras.
5. The security system has the capability to provide real-time monitoring. ARMC shall
have access to real-time monitoring as of the effective date of the contract, ARMC shall
be solely responsible to provide any server hardware or software necessary to manage the
video fees.
