The contractor did not receive Addendum No. One, therefore did not acknowledge the addendum in his bid and it is recommended this irregularity be waived in award of this bid. Both the City Attorney and the contractor concurred with this action. Funding from Community Block Grant and Water/Sewer Construction Fund.
