A. ZOA11-0005 = Proposed Code Amendment related'to Master Plans (Chamberlain)*
First review of the proposed new code section incorporating a master plan process into
#he City's zoning code.
B. 2011 Comprehensive Plan Amendments
. Summary: Staff will review and discuss with the Comrnission the 2011 annual
Comprehensive Plan Amendments.

The .City of Aubum Planning Commission is an eight member advisory body that provides recommendations to the
Aubum City Counal on the preparation of and amendments to land use plans and related codes such as zoning:
Planning Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
Actions taken by the Planning Commissiqn are not final decisions; they are in the form of recommendations to the
City Council who must ultimatelymake the final decision. .
