A. Amendments to Chapters 3, 9 and 14 of the Comprehensive Plan Pertaining to
Prioritization of Indust'ial and Manufacturing Land Uses
Summary: Proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan to address prioritization of
industrial and manufacturing uses.
B. Amendments to Comprehensive Transportation Plan
Summary: Proposed amendments to.Comprehensive Transportation to reflect policy
recommendations from City of Auburn Bicycle Task Focce. `

The City of Aubum Planning Commission�is an eight membe�advisory body that provides recommendations to the
Aubum City Counal on the preparation of and amendments to land use plans and related codes such as zoning.
Planning Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Ciry Council.
Actions taken by the Planning Gommission are not final decisions;they are in the form of recommendations to the
City Counal who_must ultimately make the final decision. _ �

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will conduct a special meeting on
Tuesday, September.20, 2011 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducfed in
the Council Chambers at Auburn City Hall located at 25 West Main Street'in Auburn.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a work session to discuss 1). proposed
amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, particularly Chapters 3, 9, and 14 of the
Comprehensive Plan pertaining to prioritization of industrial and manufacturing uses;
and 2) amendments to the Comprehensive Transportation Plan.
