Tfie Jendor will temove the existing pump, column piping, shaft, bearing, cone strainerand related
appurtenances and conduct routine maintenance and inspection of the well as needed. The vendor will
install a new pump, column piping, shaft, bearing, cone strainer and related appurtenances to bring Well
4 back:irrto service.
The Not-to-be-Ezoeeded cost.for this agreementis $75,000.
