Summary: Review of proposed revisions to previously presented amendments to
Chapters 3, 8 and 14 of the Comprehensive Plan to address prioritization of industrial
and manufacturing uses.

Summary: Conduct public hearing on the 2011 annual comprehensive plan
amendments. The docket was previously discussed on August 2, 2011, September
71 2011 and September 20, 2011 (CPA1 1 -000 1, CPA11 -0002 and CPA11- 0003).
The City of Auburn Planning Commission is an eight member advisory body that provides recommendations to the
Auburn City Council on the preparation of and amendments to land use plans and related codes such as zoning.
Planning Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
Actions taken by the Planning Commission are not final decisions; they are in the form of recommendations to the
City Council who must ultimately make the final decision.

2. ZOA11 -0006 — Amendments toTitle 18 of Auburn City Code*
Staff Planner.- Stuart Wagner, AICP, Planner
Summary: Proposed amendments to Title 18 - Zoning, of the Auburn City Code
related to parking regulations, landscaping regulations, administrative variance
process, and outdoor lighting standards (Code Update Project, Phase 2,
Grouping 1).
