LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR PLANT ACCEPTANCE AND GUARANTEE PERIOD FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF PLANTING, BUT PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL BY THE BIOLOGIST, A PROVISIONAL PRE -WARRANTY ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLANTS WILL BE GRANTED. FROM THIS DATE FORWARD, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, THE LANDSCAPE PLANTING WARRANTY SHALL BE IN EFFECT. A 100 % SURVIVORSHIP OF NEWLY INSTALLED PLANT MATERIAL IS REQUIRED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE.
