This PARTIAL RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of
Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of King County, (the "City") as authorized pursuant to
Auburn City Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
WHEREAS the City was granted a public sanitary sewer and water main easement
crossing that certain property in Auburn, Washington known as
College Place Mobile Home Park, King County, Washington, which the sanitary sewer
and water main easement is recorded under King County Recording No. 8803150771
(the "Easement"), wherein William M. Goodwin is the Grantor and the City of Auburn
was the Grantee: and
WHEREAS the City has determined that a portion of the Easement is in excess of
City needs and those portions should be relinquished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby:
Relinquishes and forever abandons a portion of the Easement Recording No.
8803150771 described as follows:
