Additional Conditions: Grantors reserve the right to use the Property for purposes that will not unreasonably interfere with the Grantee's full enjoyment of the Easement rights hereby granted. Such work plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for written approval not fewer than 30 days prior to the expected work date. Grantee, and its agents and assigns, shall have the right of access to the Easement, over and across the Property to enable Grantee to exercise its rights herein.
