CONSTRUCT TEMPORARY INTERCEPTOR DITCHES AND ROCK CHECK DAMS WHERE SHOWN.
6. INSTALL Hk BALE DAMS WHERE SHOWN.
7. INSTALL TEMPORARY STORM DRAINAGE PIPES, PROVIDE RIP RAP AT OUTLET AND INLET WITH SEDIMENTATION
PROTECTION,
8. CONSTRUCT TEMPORARY SEDIMENTATION CONTROL AND OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURES.
9. TIME LIMIT APPLIES TO ANY WORK PERFORMED IN THE CITY OF AUBURN ROW. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH
CITY OFFICIAL FOR TIMING OF ANY CONSTRUCTION WITHIN ROW.
10. PROTECT ALL PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE PROJECT FROM SEDIMENT DEPOSITION.
11. NO RUNOFF IS TO LEAVE SITE WITHOUT TREATMENT.
12. CLEAR AND GRADE SITE AMEND E.S.C. FACILITIES AS REQUIRED.
13. WHERE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES ACCESS ROUTE CROSSES PAVED ROADS, CARE MUST BE MADE TO MINIMIZE
THE TRANSPORT OF SEDIMENT (MUD) ONTO THE PAVED ROAD. IF SEDIMENT IS TRANSPORTED ONTO PAVED SURFACE, THE
ROAD SHALL BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY AT THE END OF EACH DAY.
14. WITH EACH LAYER OF FILL MATERIAL, INTERCEPTOR DITCHES AND T.E.S.C. FACILITIES MUST BE GRADED AND
MAINTAINED TO PROVIDE POSITIVE SLOPE FOR DRAINAGE TO POND.
15. ALL WATER DISCHARGE DEVICES USED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL DISCHARGE INTO THE SEDIMENT POND.
16. ALL DISTURBED AREAS AND EXISTING DITCHES WHICH HAVE BEEN EFFECTED BY GRADING OPERATION SHALL BE
HYDROSEEDED / MULCHED WITHIN 48 HOURS IN ACCORDANCE WITH GRADING AND TEMPORARY EROSION AND
SEDIMENTATION CONTROL NOTES.
17. CONTINUOUS MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE Of: T.E.S.C. MEASURES, INCLUDING DUST CONTROL, SHALL BE PROVIDED
UNTIL FULL OPERATIONS ARE COMPLETED
18. MAINTAIN E.S.C. FACILITIES UNTIL ALL RISK OF EROSION / SEDIMENTATION DRAINAGE HAS PASSED AND PERMANENT

GENERAL PLAN NOTES
1. ALL WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY OF AUBURN'S REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
2. ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO THESE DRAWINGS AND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE "WASHINGTON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (WSDOT) STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE, AND MUNICIPAL
CONSTRUCTION," 1998 OR LATEST EDITION, EXCEPT WHERE SUPPLEMENTED OR MODIFIED BY THE CITY OF AUBURN
STANDARD DETAILS AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS.
3. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A COPY OF THE STANDARD CONSTRUCTION NOTES, STANDARD DETAILS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN AVAILABLE AT THE JOB SITE ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE APPROVED
DEVELOPMENT PLANS.
4. A PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIM TO ANY ON -SITE WORK FOR ALL PUBLIC FACILITY EXTENSION
PROJECTS.
5. LOCATIONS SHOWN FOR EXISTING UTILITIES ARE APPROXIMATE. IDENTIFICATIONS, LOCATION MARKING AND RESPONSIBILITY
FOR UNDERGROUND FACILITIES OR UTILITIES IS GOVERNED BY THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 19.122 REVISED CODE OF
WASHINGTON (RCW). PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CALL ONE -CALL (1-800-424-5555)

IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE EXTENT OF ANY HAZARD CREATED BY OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL POWER IN ALL AREAS
AND SHALL FOLLOW PROCEDURES DURING CONSTRUCTION AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND REGULATION.
7. TRAFFIC CONTROL AND STREET MAINTENANCE FOR SAFETY OF THE TRAVELING PUBLIC ON THIS PROJECT SHALL BE THE SOLE
