EXPOSED SOIL WITH AN AREA GREATER THAN 5,000 SQUARE FEET THAT ARE SCHEDULED TO REMAIN UN UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS AND EXPOSED AREAS OF LESS THAN 5,000 SQUARE FEET THAT WILL REMAIN UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS SHALL BE STABILIZES IMMEDIATELY. SOILS: SOILS ARE TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF TOPSOIL, OVERLYINC FINE GRAINED SANDS, SILTY SANDS, SILT, AND SANDY SILT. SANDY SOILS ARE GENERALLY MEDIUM DENSE AND MOIST TO WET. SILTS ARE TYPICALLY SOFT TO STIFF AND WET. THE SILTY SANDS AND SILTS TYPICALLY CONTAIN SOME FINE ORGANIC MATERIAL. SEE SOILS REPORT BY TERRA ASSOCIATES, INC. DATED 2-6-98.
