ANY CHANGES FROM THE APPROVED PLAN WILL REQUIRE APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER, ENGINEER AND THE CITY. 2. ALL WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM TO THE "WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (WSDOT) STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE, AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION" (2b02/LATEST EDITION), EXCEPT WHERE SUPPLEMENTED OR MODIFIED BY THE CITY'S CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS MANUAL.
