A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON DECLARING
CERTAIN ITEMS OF PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Aubum Public Works Department and Finance
Department have items which are no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of
it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part;
tfirough gift to another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-
profit en4ity, as deemed most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOWES as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. That the property identified below is declared
to be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such
property through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or
charitable non-profit entity:

Section 2. Implementation. That the Mayor is authorized to
implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the
directives of this legislation.
Section 3. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall take effect
and 6e in full force upon passage and signatures hereon.
