HomeMy WebLinkAbout4914 RESOLUTION NO. 4 9 1 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF CITY- OWNED PROPERTY AS CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, the City owns property located at "I" Street NE and 30th Street NE, and WHEREAS, during a recent survey City staff discovered that the property partially encroached on City right-of-way; and WHEREAS, in order to correct the property lines, staff recommends dedicating a portion of the property as City right-of-way NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows. Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Dedication Deed in substantially the form at Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated fully herein. Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 3.
