Diesel Generator with 500 gallon Storage Tank, Resiroom, 10-inch Mag Meter in 4x6
Enclosure, Fencing and Landscaping and all appurtenances or any other associated public
facilities as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to as FAC07-0003, the
Kersey III Booster Pump Station development. Situated within the following described
real property, located in Pierce County:

A PART HEREOF.
and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owners of all the properry above
coaveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the
said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify the
City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
