Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is to notify you that the City of Auburn is withdrawing our current request to have fiber
run to the transit station. We do reserve the right per our franchise agreement to have this done
at a later date.
We appreciate the effort you have made to begin this process but due to recent changes in how
the retail space in that facility will be used in the near future, the City has decided not to require
fiber construction to the transit station at this time.
