A portion of the below described PARCEL "A ", lying within a portion of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 Last of the Willamette Meridian, in King
County, Washington, said portion inure fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block I of the Plat of David A. Botting First Addition to
Auburn, recorded in volume 40 of plats at page 30, records of King County, Washington;
Thence South 89° 02' 18" East along the North line of said Lot 4 a distance of 10.50 feet;
Thence South 00° 57' 27" West along a line parallel with and 10.50 feet east of the east margin line of
"M" Street Southeast, 57.88 feet;
