The Grantor. Zion Lutheran Church, for and in consideration of TEN DOfd.,ARS ($10.00), and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys
and grants to Timothy Edwards, his successors and assigns, a non - exclusive access easement for
ingress and egress across the hereinafter described lands situated in King County; Stale of
Washington.
For legal description see Exhibit A. attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Additional Conditions:
Neither Grantor nor Grantee shall park, or allow vehicles to he parked in, the easement area.
Neither Grantor nor Grantee shall block or obstruct access to, from, and through, the easement
area.
Grantor shall allow access through the easement area to /from 1412 M Street SE.
Grantor reserves the right to use the Property for purposes that will not unreasonably interfere
with the Grantee's ingress and egress across the casement.
Grantor may assign other casements and allow other use of the easement area that do not restrict
or impede the Grantees ingress and egress of 1412 M Street SE.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ACCESS EASEMENT
ZION LUTHERAN CI URCI-I PARCEL
A portion of the below described PARCEL, "A ", lying within a portion of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, in King-
County, Washington, said portion more fully described as follows.
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block I of the Plat of David A. Bolting First Addition to
Auburn, recorded in Volume 40 of Plats at page 30, records of King County, Washington;
Thence South 89102' 18" East along the North line of said Lot 4 a distance of 10.50 feet, to the True
point of beginning;
Thence South 000 57' 27" West along a line parallel with and 10.50 feet east of the east margin line of
"M" Street Southeast, 14 40 feet;
Thence South 89° 02' 18" East, 145 00 feet along a line parallel with and 14 40 feet south of the north
line of said Lot 4,
Thence North 00° 57' 42" East, 14 40 feet to the North line of said Lot 4,
Thence North 890 02' 18" West, 145.00 feet along the north line of said Lot 4 to the point of beginning;
