That that certain written deed of oonveyanoe wherein Fauoett Estate, InG., a oorporation, is grantor and the City of Auburn is grantee, dated Ootober 30,1936, and whereby the grantor therein oonveys to the City of Auburn for publio street and high- way and park purposes, and for suoh purposes only, a paroel of land one hundred feet in width, north and south, and approximate- ly 427.57 feet long, east and west, partioularly desoribed as follows: The north 100 feet of the south 210 feet of all that portion of Govern- ment Lot 1 in Seotion 18, Township 21 north, Range 5 East W.M., situate between C street N.E. in the City of Auburn and the west boundary line of the Auburn Publio City Park; be and hereby is approved and aooepted by the City of Auburn, and that the City Clerk of the City of Auburn be and he hereby is in- struoted to file said written deed of oonveyanoe for reoord with the County Auditor of King County, Washington. Section 2. That the area desoribed and included in said written deed of conveyance to the City of Auburn shall hereafter be desig- nated and known as ?~( WI IntroduoedAugustlD, 1937.
