The Grantor, the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and grants to the Park at Auburn, a
Washington Limited Liability Corporation, its successors and assigns, a non- exclusive sign
easement for signage on the hereinafter described lands situated in King County, State of
Washington.
For legal description see Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof
Additional Conditions:
Grantor may terminate, modify, or amend this easement upon thirty (30) days' written notice to
the Grantee when the Grantor in its sole discretion determines the easement area is required for
public use. The Grantor shall not terminate or modify this Easement until another sign location
with comparable visibility from a City arterial street is available, either in an easement or on 510
M Street SE.
Grantor may assign other easements and allow other use of the easement area that do not restrict
or impede the Grantees use of the easement area for a sign.
