CITY OF AUBURN, Grantee herein, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, all
interest in the following described real property located in the City of Auburn, King County,
Washington, including any interest therein which the Grantor may hereafter acquire:

All that portion of the below described PARENT PARCEL, being a portion of GOVT
LOT 14, in Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, lying northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
said point lying 1,283.50 feet easterly of the south quarter corner of said Section 18, said
point also being the intersection with the projected easterly margin of 'M' St. SE, thence
along said projection North 00 °57'50" East, 25.00 feet to the intersection of the easterly
