and warrant to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, its
successors and assigns, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of
Eminent Domain, the property legally described as follows:
For legal description and depiction see Exhibits A and B,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Grantor, for itself and for its successors in interest, does expressly limit the covenants of the
deed to those herein expressed and exclude all covenants arising or to arise by statutory or other
implication and does hereby covenant that against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim by, through or under said Grantor and not otherwise, the Grantor will forever warrant
and defend the said described real estate.
SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements affecting title, and any other
matters which may appear in the public record, including those shown on any recorded plat or
survey

RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION FROM PARCEL NO 1821059195
All that portion of the below described PARENT PARCEL, being a portion of GOVT
LOT 14, in Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, lying easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
said point lying 1,276.50 feet easterly of the south quarter corner of said Section 18,
thence North 00 °57'50" East, 25.00 feet to the southerly line of said PARENT PARCEL
and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence continuing North 00 °57'50" East,
169 41 feet to the northerly line of said PARENT PARCEL, and the terminus of said line
description, containing 1,185 square teet, more or less.
