Accessing Technical Support Quick Reference Guide
This quick reference guide contains tips for you, as a Customer FIRST support subscriber, on accessing
technical support via your local Wonderware Certified Support Provider and/or Wonderware Global
Customer Support center.
To obtain the current contact information for your local Wonderware Certified Support Provider or
Wonderware Global Customer Support center please visit our website:
http://Rlobal.wonderware.com/EN/PaRes/ContactWonderware.asr)x.
You can also send an email to the Wonderware Global Customer Support center and request information
regarding who your local support provider is or for contact information for your regionally located
Wonderware Global Customer Support center: Techmaster@invensys.com. Your email should reference
your company name, location address and Customer FIRST agreement number, if available.
Primary and Standard Level Customers
Customers enrolled in the Primary and Standard levels of the Customer FIRST program can access technical
support through their local Wonderware Certified Support Provider.
Nate: Customers in Alaska and Hawaii with a current Customer FIRST agreement are supported directly
through the Wonderware Global Customer Support center in Lake Forest, California.
To make the most of your time when you contact your Wonderware Certified Support Provider to request
technical support, please have the following information on hand:
• Your company name and location
• Your Customer FIRST agreement number

Premium and Elite Level Customers
Customers enrolled in the Premium and Elite levels of the Customer FIRST program can access technical
support through their local Wonderware Certified Support Provider or by contacting their regionally located
Wonderware Global Customer Support center.
Important: When contacting the Wonderware Global Customer Support center for the first time, you
will be issued an individual phone user ID (your phone user ID is separate from the Customer FIRST
agreement number printed on the card contained in your Welcome Pack). You should have your phone
user ID on hand every time you calf Wonderware Global Customer Support. Your call will not be routed
properiv via the telephonv system if you enter vour Customer FIRST agreement number.
To make the most of your time when you contact your Wonderware Global Customer Support center to
request technical support, please have the following information on hand:
• Your individual phone user I❑
• The assigned case number if your call relates to an open issue
If you don't know your individual phone user ID when calling duriniz business hours: Press Zero and # in
the phone system, tell the operator you're a Customer FIRST subscriber, and ask for your phone user ID.

240 EMERGENCY TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Customers enrolled in the Premium or Elite levels of Customer FIRST are entitled to 240 Emergency
technical support. Emergency support can be obtained by dialing +1-949-639-8500, accessible worldwide.
The Wonderware telephony system will automatically identify your company via vour individual phone user
ID . From there, follow the phone prompts to be routed directly to our Emergency Support dispatcher.
Important., If you do not have your individual phone user ID on hand when calling for Emergency
Support after-hours and you leave a voicemail in the general inbox, your call will not be responded to
until the next business day.
