Auburn' Park of Industry, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 106 of Plats, pages 83, 84 and 85, records of King County, Washington. WHEREAS, the lot line between Lots 6 and 7, Auburn Park of Industry, according to the plat thereof recorded'in-Volume 106 of Plats, pages 83, 84 and 85, records of King County, Washington, is going to be'adjusted in a manner that would give Grantor easements along the lot `.< line between Lots 6 and 7 for the purposes of drainage and utilities. WHEREAS, Grantor already has an easement over the aforementioned Lots 6 and 7 for the purposes of drainage and utilities. NOW. THEREFORE, the Grantor hereby: 1.
